今天这篇文章是上海晨晨妈妈学高端英语1年来的小结和反馈。晨晨妈妈现在带娃英语启蒙思路非常开阔，不局限于绘本阅读，而是生活中能随时随地给娃英语输入；也不局限于简单、日常英文，而是高级核心词汇、英语句式等都能融入孩子生活中，给娃高质量深度英语启蒙。

Time goes too fast.是的，学习高端英语已经一年了，第二阶段刚刚开始，但我在晨晨身上看到满满的成就感a sense of accomplishment/achievement ，不由得说出这句My son is the most precious gift I have ever received.He is my pride and joy.

这时晨晨就会笑眯眯来和我拥抱了Give mommy a hug,you are the whole world to me,my little treasure.

在过去一年学习中，也有遇到困难的时候，但我们靠自律和意志坚持下来了。Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.Self-disciple or will power is more vital than IQ in terms of self-study. 一分耕耘一分收获No pain,no gain.

虽然这只是阶段性的胜利，但只要坚持下去就一定会有更好的结果Learning new things takes patience,persistence,perseverance.Those who persist will achieve ultimate success.

学习固然重要，孩子的身心健康更重要I pay attention to your academic performance but I attach greater importance to your health and safety.郑老师的课程设计和教学里，除了英语之外，无处不透露着要培养孩子的身心健康和良好品质。

我个人理解身心健康是睡觉好，吃饭好，运动好，积极乐观。如果能把学习和身心健康两者perfect combination，应该是比较不错的结果。

Taking a nap after lunch will be beneficial.

Taking a nap after lunch meanings you sleep during the day for a very short time.

没有午睡的小家伙，吃吃饭就睡着了。

A tired mind and body can not accomplish any task perfectly.

身心疲惫就不能很好的完成工作。

Having a hot bath will make you feel relaxed and ready for bed.

Yawning is contagious,when you yawn ,I want to yawn too.

Obviously, you are sleepy.

要让孩子学着规划好时间You should organize your time well.

Staying up too late is bad for your health.

If you are sleep-deprived,you will feel lethargic tomorrow,you won’t have enough energy.

If you don’t have enough sleep,you will not be an energetic kid.

所以我们要帮助孩子们养成早睡早起的好习惯。

We should help you get into the good habit of going to bed early and getting up early.

Eat a balanced a diet.均衡饮食太重要了。

小朋友们上了幼儿园可能早餐来不及吃或没有胃口，但不吃早餐会挨饿会营养不良。

People who skip breakfast are more likely to suffer from hunger and malnutrition.

A nutritious and delicious breakfast is of great importance.

Baby,try mommy’s world-famous fish.

Have some fish,kids who eat well perform better in school.

Wow!Those dishes are tempting,captivating and attractive.

Eating nutritious food helps you achieve your optimal health.

We should also eat an adequate amount of fruit and vegetables.

晚饭要少吃It is healthy to eat less at dinner.

无论多么喜欢吃的东西都要适量Don’t overeat,use moderation.Be abstemious.

吃健康的食物可以减少疾病的发生Food is our best medicine.Eating clean and nutritious food reduces the chance of developing diseases.

不健康的食物少吃或不吃,这一点晨晨做的很好，几乎不吃。

Junk food contains too much sugar and fat.

Don’t consume too much food,especially junk food.

3：Evercise

每天出去玩是必须要做的事情，这也是孩子最开心的事情，最开心的事情一定要多做。

Almost every community has exercise equipment.

If you are physically active,you are less likely to be obese.

Exercising regularly helps people maintain a health body.

Regular exercise enhances your immune system.

做适合自己的运动

Vigorous exercise is unsuitable for children.Do some gentle ,light exercise.

户外运动不仅身体好，还有利于保护孩子的视力。

Be a kind and courteous person.

Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can read.

You will be healthy if you have a positive mindset.

前面的几点做的很好，自然明白读书的重要性

You can find confidence,kindness and encouragement in books.

Being able to speak a foreign language boosts children’s self-confidence.

If you don’t learn to read and write,you will be illiterate.

晨晨从小就有个习惯，晚上睡觉前要所谓的“写作业”，我们也一直支持他这样做，无论写的什么。

I have a strong intention to study well.I am determined to be a high-achiever.

Concentrate your energy,thought and capital exclusively upon the business in which you are engaged.

孩子做的这些事情最少不了是父母的赞扬和鼓励
